This week’s reading was the most informative probably the best yet. I liked them all because they were really informative and well written. I liked “Developing a Thesis” the least but only because most of what it suggested to do I knew already from High School. This is a let different though they suggest using cards and I know that cards don’t work for me but the idea is good for people who do not have an idea how organize their research paper. The other one “Guidelines for Revising Your Research Writing” was some useful tips but I them it was more like do they really have to point this out. And the sample paper was really good I liked how it should me to write my paper. It should example for just about everything and I found that really useful. The example is going to become really handy when I have to write my own paper because it is detailed in what it wants. This is good because I can use its examples whenever I get stuck. And in the past we never did a research paper like this so I think that I would come back to that.

I liked the first one “Phase II: Gathering and Organizing Material” to “Sample Note Card: Direct Quotation” more than the other reading “Sample Student Research Paper”
The first reading was telling you how to use index cards to help with work citied information. I found that this was helpful because I have trouble with that. It is hard for you to do that all at once and what happens am I doing do it right or didn’t use all my sources and have to cut my paper. This way I can have my cards and order them the right way when it comes to the end of the paper and when it is time to use them. This is a good idea to start to find what you need to before that last day, at the last day you just type it in the right order which is do able in a few hours.
The other one was an ok essay on something that we know the ideas of it so they did a good job with that. And they took those ideas and out them into practice by showing use how to write a research essay.
I liked how they hold use how to site information and how to write an ok research essay.

Two of my four sources

These are two of the sources that I intend to use in my Final research essay fouled by their summary. My topic is in general about Marketing for Business and Consumer users, as of now I am more interested in the electronic side of things but because the electronic side of things follow the general side of business to business markets I decide to write my research about how does the two markets work in general and a shadowing on how do things work in the electronic world when words like the “End User” and “Server Side User” come up.

This helps me because it lets what some of the differences are explains the Business side of things for two reasons one would be that may people probably know how the consumer market works and the main reason is that the title of the main part of the webpage is “Focus area – business markets”. This web site that is linked above is just basic comparisons.
The second one is an article “Is Business To Business Marketing Different Than Business To Consumer” by Michael Hepworth who is a Platinum author on EvanCarmichael.com he also talks about the differences with Business and consumer markets. In his articles you can find a seers of free tips on marketing, this is just one of then when I use this I would be using other things from him perhaps.
These guys seem to know what they are talking about and because of that they would be creatable sources that I would use in some capacity in my research paper.

Week 11 Reading

I really liked “How to Write With Style,” by Kurt Vonnegut I really liked this essay. There were two things that I liked that were in this essay. One of them was to be our self. They mentioned that news reporters are told not to put in anything about them self’s they said that all other writers do not do that. I think that they are true that when you write you need to be yourself, and put yourself out there. I also liked that Kurt Vonnegut said that you need to break the rules to write something good and become a good writer. We are learning to start to do that now in college. But we have to undo years of luring rules that you have to break. This process learning things and then learning to break them does not sound like the right way to learn how to write. I found that the “Edit Sentences,” pg108 and “Editing forward Choice” at bottom of pg114 (including the “Checklist” and “Text Connex” boxes. Were informative about a few general things about editing, I find it interesting that in our class we learned the things it talked about first and then read this makes this sound a lot like a summary of what we need to do

Important; week 10 reading post

This week’s reading was not good. And it looks like there is no hope because I think there has been a sustain decline in the good enjoyable things that we have to read. “The America I Love,” by Elie Wiesel was an over told story of the so called American dream. I

I heard this one too many times; the only good thing that comes from this is that it shows you the effects of over doing something. “Why I Live Where I Live,” by Harry Crews did not make sense to me it was so bad that I can’t show you where it did not make sense because I would have to show the whole thing. “Choose an interesting research question for Critical inquiry,” pg280 to the end of the aqua‐colored Box “Audience in Research Writing” on pg284 now these had some insightful things in the reading that I would be able to use this would have to be my favorite because it was the most useful and that is not saying much. “Deciding on a Topic,” pg328 to the end of “Formulating Research Question” at the top of pg333 is the worst of all of the reading this week and maybe the worst so far. This would be because the total bias everything has some bias but they are supposed to be at extreme minimum. What this reading defines as scholarly is 100% bias I cannot say this enough, anyone who honestly thinks this is true is ignorant.

That being said my favorite is “Choose an interesting research question for critical inquiry,” pg280 to the end of the aqua‐colored box “Audience in Research Writing” on pg284 and that is because there are some things to learn from and the rest of the reading just forget about it.

My topic for my Final Research Essay

My “narrowed topic” for my final Research is about the Marketing on the “End user” (the consumer) and the “Server side user” (Business user).

This is because I am thinking about studying Business and Marketing is one of the things that I would have to take and this maybe a question that we would have to answer before we jump and answer the question it would be important to do some research on the topic.

What’s the “End user” and the “Server side user” and how would do you Market for them?

The hardest part that I think that would come from this researching/writing process would be the part when you revise. This would be because with the amount of researching needs to be done in order to write a paper on a research topic is a lot. So there for what the things you can add to your paper will be really small, this would be because you need to back up your points with research, and you should write your paper similar to how it would be in a professional manor and the research you use would be an example of what you need to do. That is why I think the revise part of the essay.

Two aspects of the writing process that I may use in the future.

Number one the first on maybe pre writing I do not think that I will stop pre stop to pre writing to some extent. I think that most of us well be doing this in the future to come out side of this class room at least in the near future.

The second one is revising. I would most likely use this in the near future outside f this class of this is something that basically means to change what you write. That is something that everyone does all the time. But the real question is well I do real revising in the future after this class and the answer is yes, but how fare is unknown and perhaps fogy.

I do think that these are two aspects of the writing process that I may use in the future. For at least a few years I would most likely use these aspects of writing process, outside of this class room.

Week #9; my favorite

My favorite for this week is “Why We Crave Horror Movies.” The reading on “Cause and Effect Analysis” is what we have to write about in the coming days. It is useful to have to read about it before we have to use the method in the coming days. In can help some people because we do not have much class time each day and depending on how you learn being in the class room is not detective. This reading is a small composition for not having the right amount of class time to learn what we need to learn in order to do well in our writing.

“Who’s Your Daddy?,” by Steve Olson was an ok writing peace it had the basic. The topic that wad being written about is not a good one. The author was to directive and went on a tangent. Olson put too much detail into the two pages. This was an information overload for me.

My favorite for this week is “Why We Crave Horror Movies” by Stephen King.

I thought that is was ironic that the author who writes about Horror is telling the reader why they like Horror Movies it is not the same but it is interesting because it is all most like saying why people like to read what he writes about. I like this anyway because it was the best written I could agree with some of the things said and others I could relate to.

Cause and effect could be all most anything it is quite large wide topic and this week’s reading let me know what they could be at least.

Week 8 reading

This week I liked the reading during this week the reading from the McGraw-Hill Handbook was basically this was basically the same as what we discuses in class. It was well written and there was much that I could learn from it and it is nice to hear those things one more time to enforce them. This makes me wonder if the students that did not get to this in clause how do it affect them and how they learn in the class room. What I mean is for instance maybe one class has to read this before the professor talks about it during class. I liked the reading “My Ticket to Disaster” by Suzanne Berne. I liked that one because it used in interesting way in using description. And that is what we have to do in our writing. And this is one way that I think that we all do. That is we talk about something and reface to something different. This writer used something close to what is actually is but have you ever talked about something by talking about something totally different. That is why I think that this peace is effective in the writing. But how ever I like to write like people talk and “write” in daily use it makes things more personal and more realistic more particles.

How would an ideal person behave toward me and my writing?

An ideal person in this context is someone who does not have existence. They would most likely not real. Someone who would behave perfectly towards me would be someone who is nice, and understanding. I would say that those are two basic qualities that some people would need to behave ideal toward me. That can traces late towards how an ideal person would have to behave towards my witting.

They have to be nice because if they cannot be nice be nice that means that they cannot operate as an ideal person. Nice people could perform things that are more advanced deep ideal quality such as being open minded. This is important in writing because if your point of view in what you write is not what someone would like then the reader(s) need to give it credited if they do not then they have failed the duty.

Understand is impotent because if you cannot understand me how can you understand what I am writing about. The ideal reader needs to think beyond what he or she now on the surface, the ideal person needs to read slowly and observe the information and almost digest it before they try to make sense from it.

An idea person would be able to understand me and what I write without me trying explaining things more than needed. People who do not meet this standard may get in confused. One reason many be because you are thinking too early, the last word need to be said before you interrupt.
